Mega Multi-Pro is a state of the art building board resulting from advancements in both building board material science and technology.
A highly durable, dimensionally stable and superior performance board, used as an alternative to chipboard or plywood. The board is versatile and suitable for an extensive range of internal and external construction applications.
Multi-Pro adheres to intensifying rigorous building regulations and meets future standards of durability and Health & Safety. Used both internally and externally, it can be implemented with other products to provide a highly effective building solution system with high acoustic and thermal properties; for partitions, walls, floors, soffits and ceilings in wet or dry areas.
Benefits
Mega Multi-Pro has a high tensile strength that allows the product to flex to an extent. When subjected to water or moisture content, Mega board will not swell, soften, decay, disintegrate or harbour mould growth, unlike other wood based cement particle boards. This means the board is extremely durable in areas such as bathrooms, kitchens and other 'wet areas'. As well as a non combustible Fire rating, it exhibits excellent thermal and acoustic properties and provides an excellent resistance to i***ct damage. The board is easy and quick to install. Its smooth surface is suitable for direct application of paint, wallpaper, tiling, laminates, etc. This ease of application and finishing enables the reduction of on site working schedules, proving to be cost effective.
